Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13th, for the Protection of Personal Data. Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21st, approving the implementing Regulation for Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13th, for the protection of personal data.
Greco Gres Internacional, S.L. (herinafter GRECOGRES), informs the Users of this website www.grecogres.es of its data protection policy, so that they may decide freely and voluntarily whether or not they wish to provide GRECO GRES with the personal information required on any of the online forms, as well as the consequences of the provision of said information for the rendering of the services contained on the website www.grecogres.es.
If you are a legal entity, if you provide such services or if you are a self-employed individual operating on behalf of your business, the data provided are excluded from the system for applying personal data protection, in accordance with article 2 of Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21st.

The notifications or communications made by the User to Greco Gres shall be considered as effective when done so by the following means:

- e-mail
Likewise, the notifications or communications made by GRECO GRES to the User will be considered as effective when done so by the abovementioned means to the address, telephone no., fax, or e-mail address that the User previously provided to GRECO GRES.
EXACTNESS AND TRUTHFULNESS OF DATA PROVIDED
The personal data provided by the users shall be exact and up-to-date in such a way that they truthfully reflect the user’s current situation. Therefore, the latter is responsible for the truthfulness and correctness of said information and is obliged to inform GRUPO GRES of any change to it, by way of the procedure established for doing so.
The User who sends the information to GRECO GRES is the only one responsible for the sufficiency, exactness, validity and authenticity of the data provided, exempting GRECO GRES from any responsibility in that respect.
The users agree to keep them properly updated, using the tools that GRECO GRES provides them with from www.grecogres.es subject to identification with the e-mail account, witout prejudice to the rights that apply.
GRECO GRES shall not be responsible for the truthfulness of any information that it has not drawn up and that indicate another source, and therefore nor shall it be responsible for any harm or damage caused by the use of said information.
GRECO GRES is exempt from responsibility for any harm or damage that the User may experience as a result of errors, defects or omissions in the information provided by GRECO GRES, whenever it comes from sources other than GRECO GRES.
RIGHTS RELATING TO THE PERSONAL INFORMATION PROVIDED
The User may exercise their right to access, rectify, cancel and oppose. In order to exercise said rights and in compliance with Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21st, you must prove your status to GRECO GRES by sending a photocopy of your National Identification Document or any document valid by law.

GRECO GRES reserves the right to carry out publicity campaigns to promote the company, group of companies, and the products and services provided by them and their affiliates. These communications shall clearly identify GRECO GRES and shall also be proceeded by the word "PUBLICITY".
You, company or professional, aware of GRECO GRES´s treatment of the data supplied for sending special offers, marketing messages, offers, quotes and any information related to the products and services provided by GRECO GRES, by means of the different communication channels such as e-mail, SMS, telephone, post or fax, may communicate, at any time, your wish to stop receiving marketing and publicity messages.
2. CANDIDATE FILE
2.1. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The data collected is for the purpose of maintaining a database of candidates for work positions for GRECO GRES or companies from the group, in order to carry out a selection process and work interviews, and is prevailed over by the factors described in the Privacy Policy.
The sending of personal data is voluntary and is necessary for contacting purposes and also to receive information on the GRECO GRES work offers . The User shall state that they have been informed of the personal data protection conditions, accepting and consenting to the automated processing of such data by GRECO GRES, in the way and for the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy .
Not providing the personal data requested, or not accepting this privacy policy shall make it impossible to subscribe, register or receive information on work offers from GRECO GRES. In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13th, for Personal Data Protection, we inform you that the personal data obtained as a result of being sent, shall be included in a file owned by GRECO GRES, with all the security measures established in royal Decree 1720/2007, of Decemberr 21st being implemented.
The file is the property of GRECO GRES and is duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
2.3. TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
GRECO GRES shall not transfer user information to third parties. Nevertheless, if they are to be transferred to any company, information shall be sent prior to the transfer, requesting the express consent of the party concerned.
Without prejudice to the above, you expressly consent to your data being transferred to companies from the group for the same purposes and use.
