XXL range of large format pieces up to 100×300 cm, which allow for large and innovative facades. The manageable size of 80×160 cm requires an anchoring system similar to the standard piece. This range allows horizontal and vertical installation, expanding its aesthetic and functional options.

The Frontek tile is a honeycomb piece resulting from an optimal manufacturing process in which extrusion enhances the value of ceramics as a traditional building material.
The mixture of elementary raw materials (clays and feldspars) guarantees that the final product is 100% porcelain, which gives the piece the desired technical characteristics.
The piece width is available in sizes 30, 40, 50 and 60 cm, with a maximum length of 300 cm.
The usual sizes in stock are 40×80, 40×100 and 60×120 cm in standard pieces and 80×160 and 100×300 cm in XXL pieces.

FIXING SYSTEMS |Frontek
Frontek ventilated facade systems are designed for the exterior cladding of facades by attachment to a metal substructure by means of anchors.
This system does not contribute to the stability of the project. Modern mechanical fastening systems have completely revolutionized the concept of ceramic tile installation on facades. To support the ceramic pieces, Frontek presents different anchoring systems fully developed and designed in our research center. All of them are very easy to install and differ in the gripping mechanism.
Plus |System
It offers easy installation solutions and flexibility in the resolution of singular points. Its installation is carried out by means of vertical profiles and clamps that allow the piece to be fixed horizontally or vertically.
Super Plus |System
It has vertical and horizontal profiles for fixing the pieces by means of clips. It allows the combination of different piece lengths, counter-bored designs and multiple rigging.
Omega |System
It offers solutions in singular points and cladding of areas that do not require the advantages of a ventilated facade, without losing its aesthetics.
Inside-outside |System
Facilitates the use of Frontek in ventilated facades with volumes. It is the evolution of our Super Plus system, allowing the installation of different depths on the same facade.
Cladding |System
It constitutes an enclosure with greater thermal and acoustic protection, as well as improving the durability and maintenance of the facade. It is installed directly on the cladding, using cladding clips and cementitious adhesive.
