5. DATA RETENTION PERIODS OR CRITERIA

10. PRIVACY POLICY REGARDING VISITORS

In accordance with the provisions of the RGPD and the LOPDGDD, we inform you that the data collected prior to access to our facilities, meet the purpose of controlling such access by interested parties, as well as to ensure the safety of the facilities and the people who are in them, based on our legitimate interest.

The data provided will not be transferred to third countries or transferred to any third party, except by legal obligation, and will be retained for a maximum period of one month, counting from the collection thereof.

Additionally, we inform you that the facilities are equipped with a video surveillance system, which complies with the requirements of current regulations. The purpose of this security system is to preserve the safety of people and property, as well as its facilities, equipment and materials.
